Charlotte Observer to Add Another Round of Layoffs
According to the Charlotte Business Journal….
The Charlotte Observer is seeking to cut up to 10 percent of its full-time work force by Oct. 3.
Employees will be offered voluntary buyouts.
Publisher Ann Caulkins says layoffs may be necessary if not enough employees opt for the buyouts.
