ScentAir Technologies Inc. has signed a multiyear distribution agreement with DMX Inc. of Austin, Texas.
Under the agreement, ScentAir will provide DMX with its complete line of commercial fragrance systems for private-label distribution.
DMX will use ScentAir’s product line to augment its product offering. In return, ScentAir gains a global distribution channel into previously untapped markets.
Financial terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed.
Charlotte-based ScentAir supplies fragrance systems to retailers.
DMX creates brands for commercial environments. The company’s services include music design, video, audio messaging and environmental scents.
