Henderson County Jobless Rate Declines

Henderson County posted an unemployment rate of 9.2 percent in July, slightly higher than its neighboring counties, which had rates around 9 percent, according to the N.C. Employment Security Commission.

One million in N.C. plan to hit the road this Labor Day
