Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College’s Small Business Center and the N.C. Dept. of Commerce are hosting an event Oct. 29 to help area businesses learn how to effectively export their products in the global market.
The fourth annual Export Expo will be held from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on the second floor conference room of the Haynes Conference Center at the college’s Enka campus.
Experts at the event will discuss a variety of topics ranging from entering the global marketplace to understanding international commercial terms and finance.
Registration costs $35. Those who wish to attend should visit www.abtech.edu/sbc and follow the links to Export Expo for registration forms by Oct. 21. Completed registration forms with payment can be sent to Small Business Center, 1465 Sand Hill Road, Suite 1060, Candler, NC, 28715.
